ABOUT DEPARTMENT

The Department offers a full time Post Graduate M.B.A. programme affiliated to JNTUA, Anantapur governed by AICTE. management department at ASHOKA WOMEN’S ENGINEERING COLLEGE is noted for its consistent contributions towards the various fields of management, ranging from human resources to marketing to finance. The students are given in-depth theoretical training as well as practical exposure so that they can become indispensable assets to whichever organization they are working for.

Professor & Head

Dr. Shesadri Kiran T, Associate Professor, completed Ph.D. in Management from Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, in 2019. Completed MBA in Marketing & Systems from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, during 2004-06. Academic journey began with a B.Sc. in Computers, during 2000-03.

With years of experience in the field of education, I have had the privilege of serving in various capacities, ranging from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor, and even as the Coordinator of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). This journey has provided me with deep insights into effective pedagogy and institutional quality enhancement.
My transition into the role of a research consultant and freelancer has been a fulfilling one. I’ve had the opportunity to conduct over 12 workshops, focusing on crucial areas such as Research Methodology, Business Analytics, and the application of Structural Equation Modelling using AMOS. These workshops have enabled me to equip aspiring researchers with the necessary tools for rigorous and impactful research.

Being an active investigator in nine research projects for different corporate entities has been both challenging and rewarding. Contributing my expertise to these projects has allowed me to shape outcomes and provide valuable insights to the industry.

I take pride in my portfolio of 19 publications, which include prestigious journals listed in the ABDC, UGC CARE, and other respected categories. These publications underline my commitment to advancing knowledge and making meaningful contributions to my field.

Participating in 16 International Conferences has been a remarkable journey that has broadened my global perspective. Winning three international Best Research Paper Awards has been a humbling experience, highlighting the impact and quality of my research.

My career as an educator, researcher, and consultant has been a fulfilling one, driven by passion and a commitment to excellence. I continue to be inspired by the potential of education and research to create positive change in various domains.
